📚 Content types we publish

Below are the formats we currently use. When you pitch or submit, please indicate which one your piece fits best.

🧪 Science Bite

500–900 words

Translates one or two studies into a clear behavioral takeaway. Accessible, curiosity-driven, and rooted in peer-reviewed research. TL;DR at the top, references at the bottom.

🔬 Science Bite + Review

800–1,200 words

Compares or synthesizes multiple studies on one theme. Helps readers understand the state of the evidence, contradictions included. Ideal for policy- or intervention-relevant topics.

⚡ Mini Insight

300–600 words

A short, sharp piece built around one paradox, tension, or effect. Think: fast to read, but intellectually sticky.

🧭 Foundational Piece

1,000–1,600 words

Builds conceptual understanding around a key theme. More timeless than topical. Reflective, well-structured, and grounded in empirical research or theory.

📝 Editorial (by invitation only)

Used for platform updates, curatorial decisions, or collaborative editorial series.
